***After 30 days decorative concrete can be resealed with "bright seal". It needs to be resealed before the
first winter!

***Salt should not be used the first winter. After the first year, only use concrete approved salt***
We want you to enjoy your decorative concrete for years to come. It is essential that you properly care for the investment you've already made. To keep your decorative concrete looking new, you need to correctly maintain it so that it continues adding value to your home. In order to do this, you need to seal your decorative concrete every 1-3 years to it continues to look terrific.

*A good "bright sealer" is available at Dunicks Contractors Supply in Willmar.

Before applying sealer:

*Rinse off all debris with a hose.

*If after rinsing there are still stains or residue left behind, scrub the area with a broom and soapy water.

*Rinse off all soapsuds.

*Allow the surface to dry completely.

*Apply sealer with a 1" nap roller.

*Allow sealer to dry tack free (minimum of two hours).

*It should be at least 55 degrees or warmer in order to apply sealer. Ideal temperature is between 60 and 75 degrees.
